Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to heat up my Lorrie's products?

For optimum results and appearance,  we recommend thawing the products before heating in a conventional fan forced oven.  Thaw products in fridge below 5 degrees celsius for up to 24 hours prior to cooking.  Products can be kept in the fridge for up to 6 days after thawing.

What temperature should my products be heated to?

The internal temperature of each product should always be cooked above 75 degrees celsius or until piping hot. 

 

Can I refreeze my thawed or cooked products?

All our products have been snap frozen at production and stored frozen.  Any products that have been thawed or reheated therefore cannot to re-frozen.

Where can I get the ingredient, nutrition and allergen information for Lorrie's products?

Ingredient, nutrition and allergen information can be found for each Lorries products on our website.

Where can I purchase or buy your products from?

Do you have Gluten Free products?

What type of certification does Lorrie's have?

We have multiple certifications including but not limited to: SQF, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, QANTAS and our latest certification is fully export approved.
